These Terms of Service govern purchases from PURE through iwearpure.com. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Seller
PURE is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Anastasiya Bykova, registered in Georgia under identification number 105494260.

2. Products and manufacturing
PURE designs and sells clothing, jewelry and related products. Products may be manufactured and fulfilled by independent production partners, including partners in Indonesia, and may be shipped directly from the country of manufacture to the customer.
We make reasonable efforts to describe products, materials, measurements and colours accurately. Minor variations may occur in handmade, hand-dyed or natural-material products.
3. Orders and payment
Prices, shipping charges and available payment methods are shown before checkout where applicable. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be confirmed, or an obvious pricing or listing error has occurred.
4. Shipping, customs and import charges
Orders may be shipped internationally, including directly from Indonesia. Estimated delivery information is provided where available. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, import duties, VAT, customs charges and carrier fees imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Withdrawal and ordinary returns
For eligible distance purchases, you may notify us of your decision to withdraw within 14 calendar days after you or a person designated by you receives the goods. Email hello@iwearpure.com with your order details and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw.
Please contact us before returning anything. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. The goods must be sent back without undue delay and, where Georgian consumer law applies, no later than 7 calendar days after notifying us of withdrawal.
For an ordinary return of non-defective goods, you bear the direct cost of return shipping unless applicable law or our written confirmation requires otherwise. You may inspect goods as reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, but you may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by additional handling.
Statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal, including clearly personalised goods where applicable, remain applicable.
6. Refunds
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, we will reimburse payments required by applicable law without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after being informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first. Refunds are normally made using the original payment method.
7. Defective, damaged or incorrect goods
If an item is defective, damaged or materially different from what you ordered, contact hello@iwearpure.com. Where required by applicable consumer law, repair, replacement, price reduction or refund will be provided without charging you the necessary costs of remedying the problem, including required return postage.
8. Intellectual property
The PURE name, website content, product designs, photographs, graphics and other original materials may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission except where permitted by law.
9. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law. To the extent permitted by law, PURE is not responsible for delays or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including customs delays, carrier disruptions and force majeure events.
10. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of the customer’s country of residence.
